So over the years we have had many questions asked here are the most common, with our answers obviously :-)

In short we have and do travel all over the country, but I guess the bulk of our work is focused in the area marked on the map below.

     
Like every responsible business we are taking the issue with COVID-19 and other diseases hazardous to the health and wellbeing of customers with utmost respect. We have control measures in place to mitigate risk as far as reasonably possible. We have been following guidance from Public Health England, the World Health Organisation and Trade associations. Our vehicles, tools and clothing are cleaned regularly throughout the day and undergo a deep clean at the end of each day or when we change address' reducing the potential of spreading pathogens amongst the population. Our procedures are assessed on a weekly basis to make sure we are compliant and safe, if needed we will implement changes straight away if required on the guidance of experts, this flexibility enables us to operate as safely as possible.
Yes, we do two types of call out one which will be detailed in your service agreement plan; and the other is Emergency Call Out. For pricing click here.
Yes we can, we ask that you provide a physical copy of the plans on the day we start the work but are more than happy to formulate an estimate from your architect electronic drawings
We take your privacy very carefully, as we object to unscrupulous companies who have sold our details and bombard us with marketing {relentlessly}. Privacy Policy

Around 98% of our work is planned and as such you will have had a detailed estimate outlining the work. When we have finished you will be sent an Invoice, so these customers tend to pay by bank transfer.
You can if the work has been carried out in the last five years, There is an administration fee of £35.00 +VAT.
We would hope to have found your certificate within 24 hours monday to friday. Just send us a quick email with your full name and postcode and we'll do the rest.
Yes, To be a member of the NICEIC you have to have both. Our PLI is for £5million and ELI is £10Million. If you'd like a copy of our certificate just email.
Yes we do, Some manufacturers offer a Guarantee of up to 10 years on their products but this only covers the parts not the labour - unfortunately. We offer a Warrantee for all parts that we supply which includes the labour cost to replace the item(s) for a full year after the work was carried out. If you'd like more peace of mind the NICEIC offer a product they call there 'Platinum Promise' more details can be found here.
