The prices of our emergency callout service are listed below. The cost for any parts required is additional. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Monday to Friday for £35.00 + 2 Hours,

On a Saturday it’s £45.00 + 2 Hours,

On a Sunday it’s £65.00 + 2 Hours,

Our Hourly rate is £45.00

After the first two hours, you pay for each hour or any part thereof.
(prices haven’t changed since June 2019) Today is Wednesday so if we came out to you today it will cost you £125 +VAT for the first two hours labour.

The call out charge applied relates to the time we attend site, rather than the time at which you contact us. An initial assessment will be made when you call, and an appropriate response time agreed with you.
In most circumstances, the electrician should be able to fix the fault during the first visit. However, on the rare occasions that this is not possible (due to the requirement of a non-standard part, for example) the electrician will make the installation safe and return with the part at a mutually convenient time.
